Basic Mindfulness
Learn breathing techniques to help calm yourself and reduce stress. We will practice self awareness and body scans and learn to recognize our triggers. We will practice mindfulness of sound, sight, emotions.

Kids' Mindfulness
This is basic mindfulness geared for younger minds and shorter attention spans. We will learn through movement, art, and tactile exercises.

Mindfulness in Motion
We will practice together while in some form of movement. Different options that may be offered: walking, snowshoeing, paddleboarding (with gentle yoga).
